You’ve Got Questions. We’ve Got Answers.

How can I check on my pet during their stay?

We are happy for you to call or email to check up on how your pet is doing during their stay. With your permission we also post photos on our Facebook page, we aim to get at least one picture during your pets stay. Rest assured if there are any issues during their stay we will be in contact with you or an emergency contact provided.

My pet has a special diet. Can their needs be accommodated?

We supply a range of foods that can be provided (please see our boarding checklist), if they are not suitable you are welcome to supply your pets own food.

What do you supply for overnight boarding?

We supply food and water bowls, food if required, bedding, toys, bedtime biscuit too.
Although we do supply these you are welcome to bring your own along too.

Does my pet need to be vaccinated to use your services?

Yes. All animals entering our site must be fully up to date with their yearly vaccinations. (kennel cough for dogs is recommended but please speak to your vet about this) vaccination cards are required each time you bring your pet to visit us. *excluding daycare*

My pet is on medication can they still stay with you?

Yes, we can administer your dogs medication while you are away, just let us know how you normally do it at home. if you are unsure if we can administer a specific medication please ask, we will do our best to accommodate.

Will my dog be warm in the winter?

All, kennels are individually heated and all dogs have plenty of bedding to snuggle in warm and toasty.

My dog doesn't like other dogs, can they still use the kennels?

All dogs are kept separate from other dogs unless the owner has given permission to mix them. as long as your dog does not show any signs of aggression towards our staff we will happily board them.
