Boarding Checklist

We understand life can be busy so we have made this list to help the boarding process run smoothly.

You will need to bring:

Vaccination card every time you board with us

Any medication your pet is regularly taking

We will ask for an emergency contact, this must be someone other than yourself who has your permission to make medical decisions, for your pet, on your behalf, should we not be able to make contact with you.

You may need to sign / read paperwork please allow time for this.

Please note:

We want to know as much about your pets as possible, so here are some things you will be asked; feel free to write the answers down for us (especially if someone is dropping off on your behalf)

What vet does your pet normally go to?

Is there anything we need to know about your pet, at all? *this can be health related or personality related*

What will your pet be eating? (please be as specific as possible, if you use a cup or scoop for their food please bring it with you.) 

What belongings will you be leaving with us? (where possible please write your pets name on them)

Can your dog have different food if he turns his nose up while staying with us?

We supply Gablestock complete dry food. Locally produced in Long Bennington, Nottinghamshire,

If your dog has any sensitivities or requires a grain free diet please bring their own food with you.

We have fridges / freezers if your pet is on a raw food diet, we will feed whatever is normal for your dog just take your pick or provide your own.
